The Library Committee provides advice to the President through the provost and vice president for academic affairs concerning the administration of the library in accordance with the goals to provide quality, comprehensive, and innovative library support and services to the university and the community.
The committee consists of the Director of the Devereaux Library, two faculty members nominated by the Provost, each for a one year term with a three year limit, a junior and senior level student nominated by the Student Association President and a master‘s and Ph.D. level student nominated by the Dean of Graduate Education for a one-year term with a three-year limit. The President will appoint the chair from the members of the committee.
