Academic Appeals

The responsibility of this committee is to administer the academic probation and suspension policy of School of Mines as approved by the faculty.

The committee is composed of two faculty members from each discipline, appointed by the provost and vice president for academic affairs, together with the associate provost for assessment and accountability who will serve as chair. The director of retention serves as an ex-officio member.
