The committee reviews and recommends actions to the President regarding climate commitment activities. The committee is responsible for timely submission of emission inventory updates, climate action plans, and progress reports for the American College & University Presidents' Climate Commitment. The committee will be co-chaired by a student appointed by the committee and the Director of Environmental Health and Safety.
The committee consists of the Business Services Director, one CSA, Campus Environmental Health and Safety Director, one Exempt, six faculty members, Facilities Service representatives, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Secretary of Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Residence Life and Surbeck Center, Director/Student Conduct Administrator, and student representatives.
